Users who have paid for additional storage space on Picasa Web Albums may not be able to use their additional storage space from within Blogger. As a workaround, try first logging into your Picasa Web Albums account (picasaweb.google.com) and logging out; your additional storage space should then be accessible from within Blogger. — latest update on Monday, October 01, 2007
