Update, 12/13: We've resolved the underlying issue and the affected blogs have been restored to your dashboard. If you were publishing on a custom domain, you'll have to re-enter your domain information from the Settings | Publishing tab. Please note that after you save your custom domain publishing settings, it may take up to one hour for the blog to re-appear on the domain.
